This is for “exercise physiology” hence the focus needs to be on physiological mechanisms (effect on the body), amount of electrolyte to carbohydrate in the drink (negative, positive benefit) and its effect on the osmolarity of the drink & if and how this may influence other hormonal reactions in the body…etc…
