SpamAssassin

Produce documentation on the processes that must be undertaken in order to protect email services using SpamAssasin or some other protective countermeasure that aims to reduce spam on a server (not a client).
Submit this as a procedure sheet for someone who would then be able to use this sheet to implement the protection. Aim this sheet at a somewhat inexperienced audience, include step by step directions etc.
