Need to new Idea

Why the people use the computer or laptop 2 years or 3 years then change it??

I have idea and I want to build up this idea about reuse this computer or laptop to still use more then 3 years and above to save money and time, I want to solution to this gap. and improvement this idea. please write this in point not paragraph. clear point.
