Q: How are cognitive and learning styles related? Describe a learning style (e.g surface/deep, holist/serialist) and a cognitive style (e.g scanning, field independence/dependence). How might differences in these styles impact in education and the workplace? Is it useful for teachers to know anything about these styles? Why or why not?
